I could not imagine my life, or where I would be now without CrossFit. I found CrossFit in 2010. I fell in love with the sport and developed a true passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals through the sport of CrossFit. Fitness has always been a large part of my life: I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, as well as played several other sports in high school. “I have a sincere passion for health and fitness, and I enjoy helping others along their journey of obtaining a happy and healthier lifestyle.” I have tried lots of different training programs throughout my life, but CrossFit brought everything together in such a way that just plain works. I wanted a program that I could incorporate my gymnastics background, and CrossFit is where I found it. I have seen incredible results in my life with CrossFit, but I am still blown away at the results I see training others every day. I am a nationally ranked USAW Weightlifter, as well as a regional competitor in CrossFit in 2012. I love to compete, it is just in my blood to compete. I enjoy both weightlifting and CrossFit because it keeps things exciting. I look forward to a very exciting competitive year in 2015.

Sports has always been a huge part of my life. I played all kinds of sports since I was very young. I have played football, soccer, tennis. Actually my CrossFit journey began in the Germantown Centre in 2014. My aunt told me she was taking CrossFit classes and that I should try it out. She showed me some workouts and I was immediately hooked. I came and found CrossFit Silver Bull when I was a senior in college looking for an internship. CrossFit Silver Bull had just opened a few months prior to me coming on the team, and Laura and I have put our heart and souls into this gym. I have since graduated from Physical Therapy School and am working on opening a clinic inside CrossFit Silver Bull. CrossFit is not only a great way to get in the best shape of your life, but it is also a fantastic way to rehab old injuries. I have battled several injuries from my football days and CrossFit has helped heal several of them. I work with several members to rehab old injuries, or chronic pain and tightness. It is really amazing to see someone come in who cannot squat at all because of bad knees eventually be able to squat safely below parallel with no pain.
